Updating Your Information

To find and update your user information, log in to your Berke account. Select “My Account” from the menu options in the upper right of your screen.

A list of fields will be shown with your current settings for your user information. Edit them as necessary. You can also change your password from this screen by selecting the “Change My Password” button which will open a pop-up window to verify your new password decision. Click the “Save” button when you are done to update any changes you might have made.

Please note: You cannot update your account billing info from this area. To do so, send an email to our Billing team at You will then be sent a secure link where that information can be updated.
